Experienced Case Managers

Based on the increased need in the community The Outreach Center is increasing our team to better serve our clients. We are currently seeking experienced case managers to offer long term and comprehensive case management services, helping clients access housing, food, clothing, employment, and healthcare, among other services. A motivation to serve the community, experience working with those in need, and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Experienced Shelter Care Residential Managers
Lighthouse Shelter for Women and Children

We are currently seeking experienced Shelter Care Residential Managers to offer long term care to shelter residents. Experience is preferred; Individuals with good interpersonal and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Duties to include:

Enforce and Maintain house rules within The Lighthouse Shelter
Maintain, document and complete client contact sheets, rule violations, bed lists, and client and shelter activities
Complete and document hourly rounds of residential areas
Input data of Lighthouse residents and prepare reports
Monitor the completion/compliance of residential chores
Monitor and record self-administration of medications, prescribed/non-prescribed
Complete client discharge papers
Monitor the upkeep of the outside grounds

Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LPC)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LPC) to offer longterm counseling and case management services, helping client's access housing, employment, medical and mental health. Experience is preferred; Anyone with good interpersonal and organizational skills is encouraged to apply.
