Tossed & Found ï¿½ is a social enterprise program designed to empower poor and homeless individuals to rebuild their lives to self-sufficiency, by teaching marketable vocational skills, such as carpentry and construction, through the production of artistic functional furniture made from reclaimed hurricane debris and salvaged building materials.

While clients are actively learning employable skills, their self-confidence, self-respect and sense of dignity increase, making them feel proud and important for the work they are doing.

The Recovery Action Center is another step in the successful evolution of the Outreach Center establishing itself as a faith-based center of hope offering a continuum of care to our neighbors in need. With the closing of The Well Day Shelter, the Recovery Action Center is a single entry center designed to provide services more efficiently than ever before. The Recovery Action Center offers basic human dignity services coupled with in-depth comprehensive case management and referral programs focused on achieving significant and lasting outcomes.
